I live in Yonkers. I started Caetano Agency because I kept seeing great local businesses, the ones neighbors recommend to each other, looking outdated or invisible online while bigger companies got the calls.
My first project was my brother's dry cleaning business. Their service was great, but their website was an unfinished template that showed none of it. Fixing that for a family business made me want to do the same for others.
I work with a small number of businesses so each one gets my attention. If you call, you get me.

Do you guarantee more customers or leads?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. I make your business look trustworthy when people find you online. More reviews and a better website usually mean more calls, but I won't promise a number.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. You can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Who owns my website and domain?
You do. Your domain is in your name, and if you ever leave, you keep it.
I already have a website. Can you help?
Yes. I'll tell you honestly whether it needs fixing or rebuilding.
How do you get reviews? Is it allowed?
Yes. I help you send every customer the same friendly text asking for an honest review. I never write fake reviews, buy reviews, or ask only the happy customers. Google and the FTC don't allow that, and it isn't right.
Do you work in Spanish and Portuguese?
Sí. Sim. Calls, websites and review messages in any of the three languages.
